Adam Cutler

Adam joined Rose Community management in May 2022 as Regional Vice President of the western region.

Adam brings over 20 years of experience in Affordable Housing, including management & compliance of project-based Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) & Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) communities throughout the United States. Adam has served as a Regional Director, Senior Regional Director, and Director of Compliance, and in his most previous employment was the Director of Affordable Housing where he was responsible for the day-to-day supervision of 1,100 Section 8 units throughout Southern California.

Adam is a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) & Notary Public, and serves on the board of directors for a non-profit youth organization with a mission to provide knowledge, experience, and opportunities to the youth in the community, that will open their hearts and minds, giving them the confidence to make a positive impact on their future.
